There is a lack of workforce housing and limited opportunities for home ownership for many of our residents.

The incentives to developers have not worked. We need to find out why by talking to each other and working together. We as a community need to think outside the box and look to other cities that have come up with creative solutions to this problem. There has been some progress made, but it is a drop in the bucket.

I will work to find new ways to support progress for affordable housing.
